Bill Gates would have a field day buying that as a new home ... Speaking of new homes ... Thats lower then the average home price for a single family home here in the bay area. In fact, that would typically be classified as a fixer-upper at that price. |

What is even worse, CE was telling me that there was a bid of mulitple millions, not the 1/2 million they accepted.....
