I see hand sanitizer everywhere these days and I'm a big fan. I use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer after any time I have been in public, after I have been in a store and once I get to work. |

I use it, but only at the gym - they have dispensers which is really nice.
Otherwise, I just wash my hands and keep my hands away form my face if I haven't washed. |

NO. Why would I? We, and our children will be much stronger/able to handle the bugs that hit us if we allow our bodies natural defenses to do the heavy lifting. In fact, I am against using anti-biotic soap. A plain soap like dove, or ivory with some clean water is more than enough for removing almost all of the germs on your body.

Just be careful...If I had waited another day or so before getting treatment - I probably wouldn't be here..

I use the wipes on the grocery carts (does that count?) and I use it at school. But most of you guys don't deal with adolescent boys that will blow their nose on their hands and wipe it on their pants...or worse do you?
