Mechanical Pencils: .5 or .7 mm lead?

    Which do you prefer?

I prefer .5 because I feel it is much sharper and I can write smaller with it. However, I usually end up using .7mm ones because they are much easier to find and they're cheaper!

I rarely do anything that requires a sharp pencil anymore, but I prefer precise writing instruments when I do, so I chose .5...

Man, I miss my radiograph ink pens... 0.30 down to 0.05.

Oh no, it depends on my mood! Sometimes I want a nice bold fast moving pencil and sometimes I feel more precise

Depends on how heavy of a hand you have. I can't use .5's. I they keep breaking.
