Happy Easter in All Languages.
Today is the day when the Eastern Orthodox faithful celebrate Easter. While you may hear references to the "Greek Easter" or the "Roman Catholic/Protestant Easter", there is in fact only one Easter--there are only different ways of calculating the day on which it is observed which has less to do with theology or even calanders than astronomy and determining the vernal equinox or such.
Whether you celebrated the glory of Christ last Sunday or Today, I wish you all a good Sunday and be of good cheer.
Here are some linkeys I quickley pulled up for those who are interested.

Greek Easter - Greek Orthodox Easter Dates 2012, 2013, 2014 and beyond
As you may know Greece is going through extremely dire times and whether you blame Greece or recognize that Greece had not only to fight the Second Word War against Nazism and Fascism and four invading and occupying countries, one of which took all of its gold reserves of its National Bank and took them back to Berlin and never repaid as with the onset of the Cold War, Germany was more valuable a Nato ally than Greece, nor did it pay the promised reperations for the damage it did to Greece.
I mentioned only country: following the Second World War, Greece than had to face off Stalin whose minions --both Greek and foreign would invade Greece and retreat to Yugoslavia until Marshall Tito closed off the border--the only counrty to fight Nazi germany and Communist Russia.
Still the Greeks having fought two wars back to back remembered who and what they were.
Over the years they began to love iPhones, creature comfort, and being "european" more than each other. Perhaps the austerity will bring the people back to the land, back to there Church, and back to each other.

We too can rise to the occasion and stick by each other in a time when Billionaires get bigger bonuses but won't pay bigger taxes whiles others look to fatten themselves on others foreclosed homes and feel good that they "scored". I think this is the meaning of Easter--not colored eggs and chocolate bunnies. We were given a second chance. Let's see if we can make good on that chance.
