Talking about this at work the other day, we wondered when it was that the expression 'dumb blondes' came about and why?

the thing is, does it apply to natural blondes, or fake ones.
there are more blondes here in texas than in california, but maybe 10% of them are actually natural. | |

...when they were the only racial/ethnic group its
politically correct to make fun of. (besides the Polish)
I mean , if it tell a dumb _____ (insert ethnic group here)
joke, its not pc, and will be deleted. My harmless
joke about Afghanistan (a fine country with marvelous
culture, history, and technology) was deleted. duh!
