Well, just make sure to account for the height of the monitor. You don't want it to be at the same level as the keyboard. Although depending on how big it is, not much higher can work. Ergonomically you want to be looking slightly down at the monitor. Keyboard and mouse should be at about elbow height. Maybe a little lower or higher depending on your posture.
