Hello all, I am not new to the field of computers but just recently started to help others. I have no real education in it except "street Smarts" and have had several tech friends that have taught and helped me get to this point. I hope to eventually be able to get some good education in it someday but till then I do what I can do.


you all have been my hero types with how you get peoples stuff working sometimes bringing them back from the dead. I hope and strive someday to at least be as good as you all are at it.

That's how I introduced myself... with a stupid question about upgrading my PC and look, I'm a regular and try to help folks out too (still I'm not entitled to donuts in the break room with the big guys!)
