Here's one tried and true recipe. The FB groups are Wild Fermentation and Wild Fermentation Uncensored. Nice helpful people
There's even recipes for Sriracha sauce out there.
Thanks, I'll try to reach out to them. Have to remember my FB password first.. been a while.

Second interview in an hour. Exhausted from waking up early for the interview at 8am today. Tried to schedule them on different days but this was apparently the only time available. Hoping this one works out as it's right around the corner and a proper IT job.

Finally ordered the tires and went with those General G-MAX AS-03's. Just realized I only had 35k miles or so on my Firehawks which were rated at 50k. I'd imagine these rated to 40k will hold up about the same... hopefully.

On yet another side note, I'd like to pick up the new 8 core 16 thread Ryzen cpu to replace my 4790k but I just can't justify replacing this system yet without at least giving it another run with a more powerful GPU. My overclocked 290x has aged well but it's gasping for air at 4k on some newer titles.

Second interview of the day done... Went very well as far as I could tell but I've learned to keep my optimism in check.

    Yay!
You get 6 " of snow and it was 77 here today. We'll be mowing tomorrow, the whole 6 acres we carved out of the farm but thank goodness we have 2 wide cut riding mowers.... ( I didn't change the font either, this rig is losin' it. )

    Morning!

It warmed up a bit yesterday so about half of the snow already melted. I'm ready to be done with snow until fall.

Apparently we've got snow in the forecast again for Monday morning.

And now I look out the window and it's snowing again. It was sunny a few minutes ago.

    Morning!

It's bright and sunny again today. Maybe all the snow will melt?
