Hmm well Surreal banning statement was Goodbye chooco!
Hmm well if it WAS chooco he's been banned several times before. If you do a search for chooco's threads you'll certainly find why he was banned..
LinuxNewbie is the one that was banned. http://www.techimo.com/forum/t37882.html here's the thread being referred to.

Many of the bannings were for posting porn/warez links.
In a Group as large as this, there's bound to be a turnover. | |

I don't think anyone keeps ban stats, but the user who started that thread ignored at least 4 warnings on 3 different rules violations. The other one banned in that thread is a previously banned member who we'd been aware of, but has been relatively well behaved until recently.
*edit* Awe c'mon jman, lets make it a clean sweep |

A question I've been wondering about nows a good of time as any to ask. When someone is banned are they "banned for life"? Or are they allowed to come back?
Fingers just answered my question |

Bans are typically permanent unless otherwise stated. Acknowledgement of why the ban was invoked and an appology for said violation would certainly weigh heavily in our consideration for reinstatement. |
