w00t Rain.
Must be a good sign! It rained today for the first time since febuary.
The sky is now totally clear of clouds but we had almost 15 mins of light rain! w00t!--

it rained today as well. I've been having casual rains, bad when you have to dig a trench
but good because not everyone gets rain 
ahhhh,,, if the world was like a tropical rainforest. I would go nuts, I need the cold

10 months with no rain?? geez it rans a couple times a month here in a dry spell. Usually for days at a time.I didn't realize it was such a dry climate there

lol, no wonder mick was hurrying with the pool

Yeah Well. TBC lives in Townsville.
And it doesnt matter whether it rains there or not.
Why? Because it is not an agricultural producing area.
Go north or south of there, and it does matter.
Mackay is the largest Sugar producing region in Australia, and we have not had meaningful rain in 18 mths.
Got maybe half inch yesterday from a thunderstorm and yours truly did the chicken little "the sky is falling" routine, much to the amusement of the family.
Australia is the Dryest Continent on the planet.
At the moment we are doing a one in twenty year drought.
And it is killing people and businesses all over the country.
We are struggling.
