I smoke and dip Epi. I dip to quit smoking so much. Mostly when I'm not at home because wife won't kiss me if she see's the worm dirt anywhere near. I wake up and smoke and drink coffee for couple hours then I go to dipping most of the rest of the day until I get to hotel or home.

I was an all day dipper only time i did not dip was to eat and to sleep.

Your one of those can a day dippers. I'm about 1-2 cans a week. I see some guys with half a can in their mouth, little much if you ask me but to each his own. It is nasty buy keeps me down to 1/2 to 1 pack of cigs a day. Nicotine is such a bad thing.

Try Skoal =long cut- straight. The ones YOu listed do suck.

They also make the little pouches so you don't get the "dirt" in your teeth. Skoal bandits they are called.
