Anybody use Talk America?

Speaking of telephones...
I have a friend who uses Talk America as her local provider. Her phone is dead. The support desk is not answering the phone and the website, www.talk.com , is non-functional.
Anybody else having trouble? I wonder if they are using unpatched sql servers

They probably used Windows NT 4 to host the telephone system

I guess the site is back up now. Wonder if her phone works...
