May not be a joke, but still funny... Quote:
Iraq will take its turn as the head of the conference, a U.N. spokesman said, because of a "purely automatic rotation by alphabetical order."
Therefore, joining Iraq as co-chair for the session in Geneva, Switzerland, will be Iran.
| Oh, goody! |

Yes, I find it ironic that Iraq is leading and that they must co-chair with Iran. Because you know, Iran and Iraq are just the best of buds.
Hey Club, We'll see, but I am interested to see if there is anything that would change your mind on this. The evidence will be overwhelming, but something tells me you will be less than convinced even then. |

Club,
I am not sure what planet you have been living on in the past 12 years, but Iraq has been known factually and documented by the UN and the US to have chemical and biological weapons in significant quantity for years. He has not demonstrated destroying these weapons, so I don't know how your opinion can even be formed. But maybe it is ok in your opinion that Saddam has these things seeing as he is such a great guy.

I guess that's part of the problem then RADAR1797. Different people don't understand why everyone has differing opinions and so they fight each other. Must be human nature. |

Iraq is not part of the super special club, prolly cause they are Muslims. I'm sure our resident culture and civilisation expert RADAR1797, can elaborate on this, Ive obviously been on the moon because I have a differing opinion. |

Oh, I see waht you mean. It's OK for the special club to have bio-terror weapons and chemical weapons as well as nukes, stealth bombers, smart bombs, ......but not for countries who don't belong to special club.
Makes sense.
Who decides who should be allowed in to special club?
Selection criteria: are some religions/races/cultures automatically banned? Or are there other criteria? | |
