you can go to the site below.. and go to the switchbox section

http://www.cyberguys.com/

the kvm do cost a good amount.. but seeing as the ones that cost 100+ have at least 4 ports.. memaning it saves u at least 3 sets of keyboards mouses, and monitors.. then the 8 port kvm are about 400 bucks.. but it is saving u in the end..

its up to u in the end.. read up on them see if u want them.. personly I love having a kvm and it makes my life much easier.. as does a few other things.. =)

At a certain age, I experienced a similar epiphany: NO MORE CLUTTER.

First: clean up and organize the stuff you have. Lay everything out or use bins and piece by piece categorize your stutt, e.g., cords, cards, mobos, cpus, mem mods, etc.

Second: Be realistic. Some stuff you just don't need. Like old software patches, obsolete boards, etc. Toss them or donate them. Remember: you can always come to sites like this and others on the Net and find something if you really need it. Alternatively, burn sw to CDR/W, label it and organize it.

Third: Lose the habit of acquiring new crapola. "Wow, ten thousand CDRs for just $250!" We've all (likely) been there! Think long and hard before buying that next "need to have" item that will be obsolete within 6 months. You must change that behavior.

Good luck. You can do this. You can control your clutter destiny. As we get older - for most of us - some of us? - we learn the lesson that "less is truly more."

Good luck.

Gee, it looks fine to me! You can tell there's a table there.

Now, my workbenches... I THINK but only THINK that they are still there under the clutter. Maybe if I ever get through the clutter I'll find that the termites have eaten them up and that only the clutter is holding up the piles.

My daughter and son-in-law throw out or give away or donate absolutely everything they think they'll never use or even not use in the next few weeks and I think it's a reaction from my son-in-law who thinks if he doesn't keep that up their place will get like ours. Of course I'm the one he always asks for a special tool to borrow or a selection of electrical boxes and switches or 100 feet of 12-2 with ground Romex when he wants me to do some electrical wiring for him!

My daughter was glad when her friend was having a baby. She said she could at least loan out her baby things to her friend and wouldn't have to make a decision on donating the stuff or selling it for a few more months and perhaps they'd decide for sure they don't want more than the 2 children they now have in the meantime.

Of course you realize if you clean up or throw anything out you will need that item the very next day and won't be able to find it. At least if you let it accumulate you can find it by remembering what month (year?) you last saw it and knowing how deep to dive looking for it.

A neat desk means you must not do any work!!!

The stick holding up the corner of that way too heavy shelf I installed at around age 10. 37 years later pop is still the king of clutter.
