Of course you realize if you clean up or throw anything out you will need that item the very next day
| Why, that's one of the Unwritten Laws of Torment. |

If you guys could see my house you would think the walls are to hide that stuff from the rest of the world.
my whole house is nothing but clutter. it takes me a day to find my keys because of the clutter. the boys can't find socks, korgul can't find shoes. i can't find a towel after a shower.
I work to much to keep up with it. as for help they make the mess and contribute to the clutter with toys and coats and they lay the mail on my desk i don't know if it was from yesterday or today or last week.
one of these days i will clean it up and i might stay that way lol
yeh right
organized that's not on my list of vocabulary words

KVM (Keyboard Video Mouse switch) - its a really neat device which allows you to switch between several computers by hitting a keyboard key or pushing a select button on the KVM switch itself. http://queen.pricewatch.com/search/s...m&qc=%22KVM%22*
And concerning the dust buildup on the carpet under the desk - it's cleaned easily enough by just pulling the boxes out 3 feet or so (without disconnecting the 2 PS/2 cables or pass through video cable or power cords. You can vacuum at any time.
You can also pull the boxes straight out and open them for upgrades and part swapping with relative ease, provided you are not afraid of sitting on yoru floor *TEASING NUDGE*
I think the banquet table you have is larger than most any desk you will find so there is no need to spend any money there. Also stay away from Raritan KVM switches because their cables are relatively more expensive when compared with the roughly $6 cost of a set of Belkin KVM cables. I have an ABL Masterview KVM on my desk here at work. We have Raritan KVM switches in the data room. At home I have a Belkin Omni View and a Belkin Omni Cube.
The only warning I can give you is that if you have Linux and Windows running on the same KVM swiitch you may find that your keyboard or mouse will not work after switching from one OS to the other. This is because Windows and Linux will communicate with these devices at different speed rates and the KVM switch will not necessarily adjust automatically. You can reset them by yanking the keyboard or mouse plug from the KVM and reinserting it.
Also, electrical KVM switches work much nicer than manual ones. |

OK CT, you have me sold, just one thing..
Any chance you would tell me what all is needed so I don't end up spending hours figuring it out (self doubt and double checking) buy something I don't need, or something that doesn't match?
I have now, 3 monitors and 5 computers, maybe soon to be six.
I'm a little poor And I dress crumby cause I spend all my spare jack on puters |
