this has happened to me twice
i wake up, with a horrible headache..
some of my teeth are numb, not all, just a few, on the right side of the top row
it feels like my right eye is burning
i am getting wisdom teeth, but they are pretty much in, and i dont think this pain is related.. as my teeth do not hurt, they are just numb
when i blow my nose, it all hurts so much more
i took advil a couple hours ago and some tylenol just now.. of course it has no effect.. i would see a doctor, but by the time i got there it would be fine, and there would be no signs of anything ever happening..
any ideas what the heck is wrong?

That's me, wait a few weeks to see if it clears up. Got any pseudoephedrine? Can't hurt. |

I sounds like a blocked sinus to me as well. Try taking a decongestant before you go to sleep.

Jacob, I'm thinking it may be more serious. Hopefully its just sinus but have your Mom take you to a doctor.
Bad headaches are often a sign of something not quite kosher inside the body.
Don't get alarmed or anything but its better to get it checked up by a doctor. | |

to the question what is pain! it's just some electric impulse in the brain that you feel as "pain", we call it just "pain".
BTW if you feel your foot it isnt the foot that you feel, you think you feel it! pretty cool in this point of view!

A tooth abscess or sinus blockage is what it sounds like. The sinus in the front of the face below the eyes (my anatomy escapes me as to what the name of that sinus is) reaches down close to the upper palate and infection in there could cause the pain you are describing. If there is no pain when biting down, then I would not think it was a tooth abscess. |
