The judge's comments aside, suprisingly, most rights Americans enjoy are not constitutional rights, but, rather, judicially bestowed several decades later.

Well, I for one am glad to know that. Of course it's not really Earth-shattering news...it would simply seem to be plain 'ol common sense to me. But of course my rational comes from a viewpoint of reason. And it's well known that common sense is to Liberals what water is to oil.
