I have been here all of three days and have managed (unwittingly) to stir up bad blood.
To all the people who I offended with my religious question, I apologize.
To all the people who have a problem with the name I have chosen, I apologize for your discomfort and hope you can ignore the name because I do not wish to change it.
To all the people who have shown me support and have welcomed me to your community, Thank You.
To Administrators and Moderators, I apologize for any topic I broached that was not allowed in this forum.
When it comes to certain things I do have strong views and inted to voice them. However I will not bring up any topics that this community does not seem to be able handle. I will respond to opinions already posted but I will not post any that may cause further problems for myself. I am an accomodating person who likes to take people's feelings into consideration.
I hope after all this, any issues with me can be squashed. Once again I apologize. Cna we please move on now? Please!!!!! |

Unless a issue or violation of Forum rules continues with no sign of remorse on the part of the offender, we have a very short memory on such things.
I personally did not take offense to any thread, however I did not read subsequent posts after the first few..
The username is no more offensive than mine, which BTW I doubt if very many people take issue with names in general.
I find your tone so far to be quite reasonable..
Welcome and hang on..
As us Rednecks have posted on our 4x4 pickup trucks;
"Get in, Sit Down, Shut UP and Hang ON"
Do all the above except the 3rd one

In my opinion you have absolutely nothing to apolgize for.
Some folks kinda jumped the gun a bit and with personal concerns they answered with their hearts instead of their heads.
I'm glad that you've decided to stick around, and also glad that you haven't changed your name. I do not feel it is right for somebody to change a (as you've shown) a well thought out name that does describe yourself
I dont think you need to "keep quiet" but hey I'm just a little guy I was rather enjoying a good topic! |

I agree you don't have to apologize. I think it's great that you have taken the time to write an apology to those who you think you may have offended.
A name is a name, unless it's nothing REALLY explict (sp) I don't see a problem with it. Welcome to Techimo!! Don't worry at one time or another later down the road everyone will get into an argument with someone about something.. Don't worry about it. Just enjoy the forums, and be |

Which religious thread?
All is discussable IMO as long we don't personal offend somebody and keep things mature.
As for the name, I don't have any problems with it. |
