Here's some dirt on your PBS buddy Moyers:

It's too bad you can't see a little humor in peoples positions, Ann Coulter especially. There is a lot to learn there. But you folks on the left are just going to have to accept some jabs from the right, and your heros on the left like Moore and Franken are just making your job of bailing your boat that much harder.

BTW: Al Franken is embraced by the Democratic party. Ann Coulter is pretty much ignored by the Republican party as too extreme. At least the Rebulicans know extreme when they see it.

Her books (whether you love her or hate her) are beautifully written.

I read the piece on the Schumann Foundation and I don't see anything that is improper, illegal or immoral. It's the Schumann's money and they can spend it on anything they want. If they want to spend it on Bill Moyer's productions that have a certain message, that's their business.

I also think it funny that the right is crying foul when wealthy liberals spend their money to support a message but turn a blind eye to wealth right-wingers and corporations who do the same for their views. What's good for the goose should be good for the gander.

Personal attacks on members show poor taste, lack of respect and demonstate complete ignorance of issues being debated.

It is often seen when one is unable to make any worthwhile contribution. Also observed, when, in sheer anger and frustration, the attacks grow more and more virulent, to detract from the subject under discussion.

As Member Epidemic lucidly puts it: "Its like farting in thunder".

I just chalk it up as my arguments were too strong to challenge on their merits.
