|  All these award shows on T.V.??!?
There was a time when there where only 4 award shows that I remember on TV. The Oscars for movies, the Emmys for TV, the Tonys for theater, and the Grammys for music.
Now they have multiplied, and I dont see the reason other more money for the sponsers and tv.
There is at least, the Peoples Choice Awards, the Golden Globe Awards, The American Music Awards, the Country Music Awards, is it the MTV or VH-1 Music or Video Music awards. I'm certain I missed a few.
I may be old fashioned and out of sync with the rest of the world but who needs it.
Any and all comments welcome.

i think the only awards people care about these days are the vma one and the oscar one.. i will occasionally watch the vma show the third or fourth time they rerun it the next day

vma awards this year were so rigged.. Linkin Park didn't win,, that's just bull

Well of course MTVs show is rigged, they have rock band - Limp Bizkit, Creed, and maybe even some new band .. Of course pop etc is going to be Nsync, Backstreet boys, and britney spears, and of course rap is always someone that works with dr. dre if not dre himself, like eminem for example.
The show itself wouldn't be too bad because the live performances are cool but MTV has commercials that are so long - just wanna go hang yourself in the next room! | |
