Need a Netsend program for Mac OS X 10.3

I need to communicate with a windows PC on a network, but I am using a Mac G4 Powerbook. Is there a program like this out there? Thanks

hey dark here is what a friend told me:

all the samba tools compile fine on OSX

samba has smbclinent, so you could do to create the message
type smbclient -M <hostname> <your message>

then Ctrl+D to send it from a termical

Samba should be included in 10.3. I'm running 10.3 and I didn't have to install anything to get it to work. Hit Command + Shift + K in Finder to pop open the network browser. If your machines are on the same network their SMB shares should pop up right there (you may have to enable Windows File Sharing in System Preferences > Sharing). If its not appearing in the network browser just hit Command + K (no shift) from Finder and enter smb://servername in the dialog box, then click connect. Should work. If it doesn't just let me know.
