HOWTO: Openvpn and Ubuntu (Dapper)

Hi,
I've tested this with Ubuntu 7.10 and more or less and it works fine, thank you so much!!

- Some tips
- no need to gzip -d pkitool (already unzipped)
- Use command "source vars" after modifying vars file
- All parameters on config files are lowecase, no uppercased first letter (some1 already said this above)

I'm having some trouble setting openvpn up on ubuntu 8.04 .
I'm gettingStarting virtual private network daemon: server(FAILED). without any errors on syslog
Any help?
