Suse 10.2 starter guide - Help

I love how fast suse opens and closes. I had a problem on the network connections but got that out of the way.
I need help On a couple of things.
When I installed suse. I made a couple of partitions with the remaining 40GB that I have on that HD. I kept the Windows Vista RC2 on there but I wanted to know where I can download a program so I can choose between Suse and Vista. My friend recommended me "leo". where can I download and how to install that.
Also I need to find out how to update things like drivers. I cant get XGL to work so I am guessing the system need to be updated.
Any help would be appreciated. thanks

when you mean switch, you just mean on boot right? Well if thats the case SuSe should have its own boot loader with it. I know because I set up my girlfriends computer with Windows XP first and then left part of the HD for SuSe 10.1.. and when it boots up it will go to the boot screen, her default (after a set amount of time) is windows else you use the KB to go to SuSE... Its either Grub or Lilo, both are Linux boot loaders that are common among the more popular distros.

I set all that up while i was in the SuSe setup utility, you should have seen stuff for that. You can tweak it later in either KDE or Gnome, i think its under its control center.

As for your XGL problems, i was having the same issues with XGL, but mine were on Mandriva 2007, ended up i needed to download a package to update drivers for my Nvidia card. Here is a link to the thread i started awhile back which also has a link to the Nvidia package you may need to get the XGL stuff to work Mandriva 2007 minimum requirements

Let me know how it goes
