Linux wireless network
I am running a LIVE CD distro of linux (backtrack 2) and it detects my laptop's internal wireless card fine and when I run wireless assistant I can see all the networks around me. But when I was in class today for some reason the wireless assistant would not detect this one network (it's called TTU-WLAN1, it's a public network at our university). Kismet didn't pick it up either in the network list, but in the lower list it said: "Found new probed network TTU-WLAN1" but it wasn't showing up as a network that could be connected to. I know it is a real network because when I run Windows it comes up and I can connect to it no problem. Why is it doing this?
For God loved the world so much, that he gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him, will not perish, but have eternal life... John 3:16
