will linux work on virtual pc 2007?
im trying to load the iso of ubuntu in VP 2007, i get to the menu where it says load/start ubunut, i click enter and then it just shows a black screen with a cursor blinking....is it possiable to have it work or is VP just for windows products?

VPC is intended for MS OS's mainly, I was able to get Mandrake 9 barely to load, awhile back using the old VPC 2004 version, loaded up, but the screen was all garbled & distorted, damn near impossible to read, so left that idea out.
maybe check with VMware, for the VM player, download & run that, see if they have a ubuntu install to download & run using that?
