sound driver compatibility

sound driver compatibility

In kubuntu 8.04, for lenovo laptop model y410, 77578CQ, sound is not being heard.. problems may be with driver or dont know whether it is available or not

Make sure it's not muted or something.

In case KMix isn't showing everything, try running alsamixer in a terminal and play with the volume levels there.
