Need help on formating text file

The content of my file are;
3049 /s1env/scotb/s1batch/bci/config/SBBKDATAXTRT/data/ANACTASS.ANACTASS
45 /s1env/scotb/s1batch/bci/config/SBBKDATAXTRT/data/ANBASECOS.ANBASECOS
32 /s1env/scotb/s1batch/bci/config/SBBKDATAXTRT/data/ANCOSNCHG.ANCOSNCHG
895 /s1env/scotb/s1batch/bci/config/SBBKDATAXTRT/data/ANCUSCOS.ANCUSCOS
9 /s1env/scotb/s1batch/bci/config/SBBKDATAXTRT/data/ANUPLDCOS.ANUPLDCOS
43 /s1env/scotb/s1batch/bci/config/SBBKDATAXTRT/data/ANCUSTREP.ANCUSTREP

I would like to change it to;

ANACTASS.ANACTASS=3049
ANBASECOS.ANBASECOS=45
ANCOSNCHG.ANCOSNCHG=32
ANCUSCOS.ANCUSCOS=895
ANUPLDCOS.ANUPLDCOS=9
ANCUSTREP.ANCUSTREP=43

I am new to Unix and I would need your help to format this text file. Could anyone help me out in this.

cut -d "/" -f 1 9 textfile

Or along those lines , I,m not good at it myself yet -read up on cut
then you will have your two fields , then you have to swap them round and put in your equals sign
