Unix NOOB copy/paste on command line?
I was working on our unix machines the other day,and the admin came by, highlighted some previously typed text on the screen, pressed some key and blamo! it copied it to the current command line. Can't figure out how he did that?

Found the answer! Simply highlight the text from the screen that you want to copy to the command line, and RIGHT-CLICK. - Presto, there it is! I guess this is an old Sun carryover from the days when Solaris systems came with 3-button mouse.

On my fedora box, with a click wheel mouse, I highlight and click the wheel at the desired input location. It's such a time saver!!!
