Nice.
About time we had a linux forum - it'll be easier to work out what OS ppl are posting about now.
So, anyone tried the new College Linux distro yet? I managed to dual install it, but haven't got dual boot working yet. Gotta manually edit LILO as the installer put it on the MBR only.
Here's looking forward to many more productive linux threads!!
Cheers

Mick: I just d/loaded the College Linux ISO and still have yet to burn it. Might do an install with it, but LMK what you think about it! It looks pretty promising!

| -the thing is that we HAD one years ago on that other $**opt BBS and it was changed to the Apps and Operating systems forums in order to appease the "majority" of "other OS" users...
Great... a sub forum... we wouldn't want to alienate all the majority of those cash-cow windows users out there -here we are safely tucked away ..now I feel just like a "Tucks" medicated hemroid relief pad.
