And of course, I'd be glad to pass them on if/when somebody PM's me. (In the CONUS) of course.

Ho ho ho!
May you all experience the love this holiday season and pass it on to others.
SuSE goes to great lengths to insure that their Linux product is feature rich, user friendly, and on the cutting edge of hardware support. No distro is perfect, but SuSE has made great strides toward the average desktop user without sacrificing the power and flexibility of Linux, or dumming down the desktop environments.
I hope if anyone winds up using SuSE as more than a curiousity that they will eventually do right by the company if you know what I mean..
It remains to be seen what the acqusition of SuSE by Novell will mean for us non-corporate users; I can't see this as a good thing. One can only hope that SuSE will continue producing such an excelent desktop product.

the new SuSE 9.0 is awsome, it has a large driver database and some really nice programs, the setup is fast and i had no problems! (except after changing HD and deleting LILO boot i had some problems but that was me and my stupid brain
)
i would send them out too, but well i'm too far away
and i just have the DVD version right now!

CMonster is amazing! He sent me SuSe 8.0 a while ago, as well as some very nice SCSI cards. Thanks CMonster! If I can do anything to repay the favor, LMK.

Sorry to be bringing up an old topic, but is this linux trading still going on?
I'm on 56k until next month or so, and all I've tried in the way of linux is FreeBSD, and a rescue disk thing that I've forgotten the name of.
I could send a copy to a person or two, pass on the favor and all...
