fast decision - getting a labtop

I'll be setting off to uni soon and I need some advice in buying labtop. There are currently 3 choices :

1. Fujitsu S6130
2. NEC Versa E6000 170DR
3. Toshiba M2V

I like the Fujitsu because it's light (1.8kg). The NEC is kinda heavy (2.8kg) but the features are good. Toshiba has nice video card though.

Quick review:

Fujitsu S6130 :
P-M 1.4 GHz
512 mb ram
64 build in video card
build in combo drive
1.8 kg

NEC :
P-M 1.7 GHz
256 mb ram (would upgrade it if i were to get this)
128 ati radeon 9100 vedeo card
build in dvd-multi drive
2.8 kg

toshiba :
almost the same as fujitsu, but with a dedicated 64mb ati radeon video card. Comes with Harmon Kardon speaker. but heavy......2.8kg

price-wise they're almost the same.
guys I need to make the decision in 2 days so please help me. Thanks
