ok so i'm workign a laptop for my neighbor, this is an old laptop, he wants to install office but can't beacuse it requires 64 for ram and ti comes with 32, he got a 256 of the same type of the system memory it came with. i put it in for him but it won't read it and still sits at 32, i ran the add hardware and update hardware configuration. i can't get the comp into bios it jsut goes right form the toshiba screen to the loading windows screen. help me please.
