I have a Dell Inspiron 8500 with BIOS Revision A03. A white screen comes up with 3 grey rectangular dialog boxes across the screen. The first one says "DELL COMPUTER CORPORATION www.dell.com". The second one says "This computer system, # 2VYZ931-595B, Is protected by a password authenticcation system. You cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password." The third one says "Please type in the primary or administrator password and press <Enter>." If you type the wrong password a fourth grey dialog appears between the first and second grey dialog boxes and says "Invalid password [Press ENTER to retry]". What can I do about this? Thank you.
