Buying budget laptop- Sempron or Celeron?

I have to make a choice between 2 Acer laptops-

A Mobile AMD Sempron 2800+ Processor based laptop (Aspire 3002NLC)

or the

Mobile Intel Celeron- M Processor 350 (1.3 GHz, 1MB L2 Cache, 400 MHz FSB) (Travelmate 2304NLC)

The Celeron laptop costs about $50 more. Most sources on the internet say that the Sempron is a better processor than the Celeron, but this Celeron processor has a 1MB L2 cache as compared to 256 KB L2 cache on the Sempron processor.

Will it perform better than the Sempron because of this? Which laptop should I buy? Main usage is office apps; no major gaming usage

Also, It looks like both the models I mentioned have 64 MB shared vid memory. Would I be able to add video memory in either of these models?
