| Sempron vs Centrino XD Prices....
Hi there,
I recently decided I didn't like my Desktop PC because it was playing up as a big hunk of junk...... So I decided to buy myself a laptop!
The laptops I'm debating over are very good but I'm not the richest guy in the world here, so considering price, which PC would best suite me, I'm a student in University with the usual reports to write etc.. But sometimes I like to play games like Battlefield 1942 etc.
Is it possible to play Battlefield with around 18 bots on each side with a Sempron 2800+?
The laptops i'm debating over are a Acer Laptop 3020 WLMi with 256mb ram, Sempron 2800+ with 64mb shared video and 15.4inch wide screen
or
DELL Intel Centrino 1.5 Ghz , 512 ram, integrated graphics and 15.4 wide screen for an extra $300-400 bucks.
Remembering i'm not rich would the Sempron be able to cope with games like Battlefield, Total War or shooters with not high detail but decent detail?
Thanks for your help
