Laptop cdrom problem

Ok i have a old laptop with a swap drive so what i have done is i made drive C: boot to a dos prompt so then i had to instal the drivers for the cd rom and i did but now wene i start up the computer and i try to access drive D: to install windows it says CDR101: Not Ready Reading Drive D, Abort, Retry, Fail i had to edit autoexec.bat and config.sys myself here they are:
