RAM or Vid Card

I am trying to decide if I should get either 1 gig of RAM with Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 or if I should get 512MB RAM with either 128MB ATI MOBILITY RADEON X1400 HyperMemory or 256MB ATI MOBILITY RADEON X1400 HyperMemory.
To make it easier to read:

1 Gig RAM with Intel Graphics MEdia Accelerator 950 for $60

512MB RAM with 128MB ATI MOBILITY RADEON X1400 HyperMemory for $44

512MB RAM with 256MB ATI MOBILITY RADEON X1400 HyperMemory for $89

And I know to choose option 3 over option 2, except that there is a fair price difference and I would like to know if the difference in performance would be worth it.

What are you using the system for?

If it's heavy graphics or gaming, go with the 512MB RAM / 256MB ATI card.

If it's just regular work, go with the 1GB RAM.

ram is simple and cheap to upgrade later, the video card is not

although keep in mind, the deticated video will only really help out with gaming and will have a negative effect on your battery life
