HotSync 2 PDAs (TRGPro & Sony Clie T415)

I can't seem to get both to sync up and backup data.

My Sony is using Intellisync lite to send all my appts, to dos, notes, and addresses to Outlook. I'm trying to backup my wifes (TRG Pro) to the Palm Desktop, but it doesn't do anything for hers.

I am using the Palm Desktop software that came with my Clie.

Any ideas?

Does the software automatically recognize the devices when you "dock" them? It could be getting confused. Have you tried killing the software for the one your not hooking up. I use two different PDAs (different than yours) and had to turn off the auto recognize feature on one and the other one I have to kill.

Or, the software hooks into Outlook could have messed each other up. Hopefully someone will have a better answer, but you can also try finding one sync program that works with both.

What it looks like is happening is if I choose to use Intellisync Lite for one PDA it is the conduit of choice for both. When I looked at the profile in Intellisync Lite for my wife's PDA it gives me options to hook it up to Outlook, but the settings are not set. So the information goes no where.
