Those two are my top two or should I go with an HP with roughly the same specs? I'm also not too sure about the warranty on the Asus and how good it is. Any help is appreciate!
Edit: What about a Sager 2090? I was reading and those look pretty good as well.

That dell is a far better deal, but you could save yourself a lot of money if you go with the cheapest warranty.
Then take that money you saved on the warranty and get more ram. I'd probably buy this 4GB set of ram for it for $200 (after $80 MIR) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820144066 |

Well I was on the notebookreview forum and it seemed smartest to go with the Sagar N2090. I think more people need to check out that laptop. |

That looks like a nice notebook as well, but I don't like how the battery sticks out the back. |
