problem with pocket pc

I have this error message when synchronizing with the HP Pocket PC 2200, the error is: pocket access: attention required

I have try to find a solution by surfing the web, used Google, Microsoft web sites but for now there is nothing valuable that i can find to help me out with this one.

I have ActiveSync 4.5, reinstalled it but still having the same problem.

What's next

In ActiveSync what items are you syncing with your PC.. Are all programs closed on the PDA before you try and sync?
