hijackthis problem installing Palm on XP

I have posted on so many forums about this problem and just recently posted on Hardware Central about it here:
http://discussions.hardwarecentral.c...69#post1018269

I have been trying to solve the problem since March and gave up until the other day. You can see in the above link that I was communicating with a poster there who read my minidump file, and said it was a problem with a file:
mdmxsdk.sys

I searched my machine and it shows up in 5 places, he also suggested I run hijack this. I don't know how to read the results for hijack this, so I have supplied the log plus the image for where the questionable files resides on my hard drive.

I would really like to install Palm on my Xp, it was on my machine before it had to go in to Best Buy to replace the hard drive. But I have really gone through almost every suggestion and when I try to search for someone who has had this problem no one else shows up.

I guess I am looking for even the smallest suggestion that could get me the PDA back on my XP machine.

Basicly the key here is to find things you do not recognize. For instance, from the entries i can tell what software you have installed and could potentially be removed like Real Player.

As the guide suggests you want to look for anything that is not obvious to the software you have installed. For example, if you havnt installed the Java Run time software, but its listed in your log ... chances are that something or someone has installed it for you.
