I have been using an IBM thinkpad, well actually 3 of them. Now I have a Compaq Evo and I am having issues with the power cord. All four have been in the last 5 years. I want to get a new laptop in a while and was wondering what laptop you would get and why? One thinkpad got dropped, one motherboard went and the last one I am not sure what happened to it. The Compaq is just a quick fill in, and the powercord problem, it is because the cord is on the side and my son kicked it a few times.....GRRRRRR.
