Hey guys-
I am looking for some advice for buying a new laptop. I am hoping to go with a 14" screen, at least 2 gigs of RAM, and at least 200 gbs. Also, I want to make sure my video card is good enough to handle recent games. Budget-wise I would like to stay around $1k is if possible.
Bring on the suggestions! |

I have a Gateway NX570X, have three year warranty with accidental damage and after a mishap the screen was replaced in a few days. With the bigger battery, it will run 5 hours surfing and general use. I run games on my desktop. Am well satisfied with Gateway support.
Had it 1 1/2 years with no problems. Get one with XP, IMO. |
