HP omnibook 6000 - fan not start

Hello !
I'm a new here and i'd like to get some help.
I have a HP OmniBook 6000 running windows XP , yea it's old computer but worked fine for my need.
Untill i installed a fresh copy of windows XP, from then my windows stuck all the time and i can see that the omnibook fan stop work while using.
I know that the fan working fine because when i reboot the fan working and then stop after couple of minute.

It will be helpful if some one help me to force my CPU fan keep working all the time (i think that is the problem).
