Advent 4211 netbook chatroom page

Hey all, I'm really glad I found this forum. I have an advent 4211 netbook, which runs windows XP, and I use Mozilla Firefox to browse the net. I've only in the last few days started using it for internet access, as it was bought for other purposes.

When I visit a chat room I frequent, the screen displays the page as usual, but the text box below the square displaying the ongoing conversations is invisible. It is impossible to scroll down to it. This means I can watch, but I can't talk to anyone.

I know netbooks generally don't display the full page, but usually I can just scroll down to see whatever I'm missing below. Any chance there's a way to adjust the display to be smaller, but include the whole page, or shall I just accept I can't chat via my netbook?

Ha! Solved it myself, and I'm a little embarrassed as I should have thought of this from the beginning. I just pressed F11 for a full screen display, and voila! Text box appeared, and I could say hi to everyone from the netbook.

i've been trying to connect my samsung I-900 Omnia to my laptop via bluetooth with no success, the online tutoral gives instructions for using a windows bluetooth options tool, but the Advent 4211 doesn't seem to have this, and instead it has a toshiba one. could anyone tell me how to open the com ports so i can connect my phone and my laptop?
