Its a mouse that needs to be attached to your index finger and you click the mouse buttons using your thumb and use your middlefinger as support.
It also has a scroll wheel which you can use with your thumb.
Works on almost every surface, very handy in limited work spaces like the train or in a car.
It was kind of awkard at first to use but after a few minutes it does get easier but still you won't get the precision of a normal mouse with it.
But for a mouse which works anywhere its still better then my touchpad of my acer aspire one and it only cost $7 including shipping!
