    Need a new Gaming Laptop

Alrighty well my old laptop that was a gift given to me by my parents (I'm 16 turning 17) is going out of date...its an old gateway that I've kept up with for a while and WoW is a consistent 10 fps now and this thing is just running outta room to store stuff in
    SOOOO
    I need a new laptop
my budget is $4-5k (parents will pay for all of it if my grades stay where they are and i can chip in another $2k so even a $7k laptop would be fine)

Yes it might seem outrageous a $7k laptop
you may ask "why not just buy a higher end PC with that money?"
well my friends it's cause ill need it for college soon anyways and im not lugging a big gaming rig computer up to college plain and simple
and i like to be lazy and raid on WoW while sitting on my couch watching tv

suggestions/links to rigs would be appreciated
    thanks in advance

Is this a computer you are planning to carry around with you to class? The reason why im asking is because of those higher end laptops can weigh a few lbs. Where are you located?

The Dell Online Store: Build Your System

There is no need in spending 7k on a laptop. More then likely it's gonna be outdated in 2-3 years, no matter how much you spend.

The link I provided is for a FAST dual core, SLI 9800gt's, 17" screen that runs 1920x1080.
That is a great laptop, that will run WoW maxed no problems.
(I'd personally put the rest into a small form factor desktop build. You can build yourself a damn nice LAN box that's easy to move around for $1200, that'll run games maxed also.)

Just my two. Welcome to TechIMO.
