    Asus Laptop? Thoughts?

I am in the market for laptop. I came across an Asus laptop that seemed pretty interesting and had a nice price tag. They have good motherboards and such...
It is an Asus: U81A-RX05 for $589.00. It has Core 2 Duo processor at 2.1GHz, 4GB RAM not expandable, 320GB HD, and a bunch of other crap that might be useful.

just wandering what you think and if it is a good buy for the price. Or maybe any other options...

    Thanks.

This would depend on what you wanted the laptop for. Also a link to the site would be helpfull.

Asus is one of the few manufacturers that make their own laptops.
