A neighbour asked me to look at their laptop as it was very slow and would freeze and throw up BSOD. I seen the blue screen and it mentioned unmountable volume. I tried running chkdsk and it would get to verifying data and found a bunch of corrupt files and then just seems to hang at this point and will not finish. I did a factory restore, and still very slow and sometimes when it restarts, it comes up to a screen that wants to run a system repair. I am thinking a bad HD. Any opinions or advice?
