Help with Intel GMA 950
Hello, I have an Acer Aspire one model ZG5 (it also says AOA 150-1784 next to the MF date, which is weird because thats a whole different model, im guessing that the ZG5 is a build off of that model) and for some reason no matter what I do I cannot install Intel GMA 950 drivers for the life of me, everything I install will automatically install the 945 drivers, mainly because everything is an 'all in one' driver that automatically selects the driver. To my knowledge the graphic chip (not 100% sure about the mobo chip) is an intel gma 950.. but running under the 945 drivers the chip is seriously underpowered, I cant play most games, and its sort of stressing trying to fix this issue. I've tried updating the software chipset drivers to no avail, and installing modded inf's. If anyone has any ideas that would be wonderful. Just keep in mind that the Aspire one's have no cd drives so it would be a pain to reinstall xp (I have a usb stick that I could use, but I would rather use that as a last resort if I needed to).
